Um...

You know how I said yesterday that I'd not received some funding for my family-friendly gigs?

Well, it would appear that I was a bit previous about what that would mean [me and London Jazz, eh?], as the Two Rivers Foundation has stepped in and funded the rest of the project. The Two Rivers Foundation is a new music and welfare organisation about which I think we'll be hearing more very soon. Needless to say, I'm overwhelmed, surprised and extremely grateful to them and Arts Council England for the support, as it means I can now create a space for music appreciation for all ages in Derby. I'm so very excited!!

Oh, and I think I'm going to call it "The Family Album", but if anyone has any better suggestions, please let me know!
