Just a quick note for those who may not know: I've been recovering from lung surgery, to remove a benign tumour. The operation went well, and the doctor said I should be on track to be up and—walking, if not running—by March. There has been a lot of pain, but it's slowly easing. Apologies to anyone who thought I'd fallen off the planet over the last few months.

I've been blessed by supportive family and close friends throughout; and exemplary care from Derby/Burton NHS staff.

I hope to be back to work soon!
